  The system checks common planning constraints: zoning, official plan designations, provincial policy, watershed context, conservation authority overlays, nearby applications, and servicing signals.

• 3. You review and sign

  The draft lands in your hands. Your team reviews, refines, and signs the final report before it goes to your client. We provide the speed; you keep the professional judgment and accountability.

Questions

• What inputs do you accept?

  PDFs, DOCX files, site plans, studies, mapping exports, SHP/GeoJSON, KMZ/KML, CSV files, and ZIP bundles. Larger planning document sets are expected.

• What does a report contain?

  GIS findings, zoning compliance, official plan analysis, policy conformity notes, key constraints, development application context, and recommended follow-up items.

• How fast is turnaround?

  v1 is designed for drafts delivered in hours, not days. Exact timing depends on file completeness, project complexity, and drafting queue.

• Do customers need an account?

  You can start with a temporary session. Creating an account keeps reports and credits tied to your email.

• Are uploaded files public?

  No. Uploads are stored privately. Reviewers and admins use authenticated access and short-lived signed URLs.

• Is the final report fully automated?

  The draft is AI-generated end-to-end. The final report is yours: your team reviews, refines, and signs before delivery to your client.

• How are reports delivered?

  Completed paid reports can be opened from the secure report access link. We can also follow up by email when support is needed.
